Bison Barbecue Meatloaf

- 1 Oven
- 1 1/2 Cup measurer
- 1 Cup measurer
- 1 Tablespoon measurer
- 1 Mixing bowl
- 1 Loaf pan
Ingredients
Meatloaf
- 1 lbs Ground bison
- 1/3 lbs Hamburger
- 2 Tbsp Mesquite seasoning or barbeque seasoning
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 C Barbecue sauce
Glaze
- 1 C Barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350℉.
- In bowl, mix bison; hamburger; seasoning; egg; and barbecue sauce.
- Place in loaf pan.
- To make glaze, mix barbecue sauce and brown sugar. Spread over meatloaf.
- Bake 45 minutes.
