No-Bake Pumpkin Chiffon Pie
Simplify your holiday preparations with this no-bake dessert!

- Pie pan
Ingredients
- 1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 Can pumpkin or fresh if you'd prefer
- 1 Tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp ginger
- 1/2 Tsp cloves
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1/2 C sugar or healthier substitute
- 1 egg beaten
- 3/4 C whole milk
- 1 C whipped topping ideally real cream
- 1 graham cracker pie shell
Instructions
- In saucepan, mix gelatin, pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, salt and sugar.
- Whisk in egg and milk.
- Bring to boil over medium heat while stirring.
- Set aside and let slightly cool.
- Whisk in 1 cup whipped topping. Pour into pie shell.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with additional whipped topping, if desired.
