No-Bake Pumpkin Chiffon Pie

Simplify your holiday preparations with this no-bake dessert!

  • Measuring tools
  • Pie pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 Can pumpkin or fresh if you'd prefer
  • 1 Tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp cloves
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 1/2 C sugar or healthier substitute
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 3/4 C whole milk
  • 1 C whipped topping ideally real cream
  • 1 graham cracker pie shell

Instructions
 

  • In saucepan, mix gelatin, pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, salt and sugar.
  • Whisk in egg and milk.
  • Bring to boil over medium heat while stirring.
  • Set aside and let slightly cool.
  • Whisk in 1 cup whipped topping. Pour into pie shell.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve with additional whipped topping, if desired.
