Ingredients
Broccoli Salad
- 2 heads broccoli
- 2 apples
- lemon juice
- 1 carrot
- 1 C blueberries
- 1 C dried cranberries
- 1 C sunflower seeds
- 1 C pecans
- 2.5 Oz bacon finely chopped
Dressing
- 1 C mayonnaise
- 1/3 C milk
- 1/3 C apple cider vinegar
- 2/3 C sugar or alternative
- 2 Tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions
Broccoli Salad
- Coarsely chop broccoli and place in large bowl. Coarsely chop apples and brush with lemon juice to prevent browning; add to bowl.
- Shred carrot and add to bowl with blueberries, cranberries, sunflower seeds, pecans and bacon.
Dressing
- To make dressing: Mix mayonnaise, milk, apple cider vinegar, sugar and poppyseeds. Pour over broccoli salad and mix well.
